1. How to SYNC shop with shopee?

Step 1: Sync Your Products
- Go to Settings
- Navigate to the Settings section on left menu.
- Connect to Shopee
- Click on the Connect submenu.
- Look for the SYNC button and click it to initiate the process.
Step 2: Follow Shopee Instructions
- Redirect to Shopee Page
- After clicking the SYNC button, you will be redirected to the Shopee page.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to authorize and complete the connection.
- Confirm Authorization
- Ensure you grant all necessary permissions for the sync to work properly.
Step 3: Verify Shipping Channels
- Check Listing Settings
- After syncing, if success, list Shipping Channels section will appear.
- Enable Virtual Shipping
- Make sure the "Virtual Shipping" option is enabled (ticked).
- If this option is not enabled, please contact shopee to enable it.
