7. App Template Editor Explaination

- Enable Custom Template
- Tick Enable? if you want to use a custom template. If you untick it, the system will use the default template when buyers access the manual claim page.
- Template Name
- Enter any name you want for your template.
- Theme
- Choose a theme from the available options. There are many themes to choose from, and you can preview them below.
- Content Enabled
- Tick this option if you want to enable content on the claim page.
- Content Visibility
- Adjust the slider to set the visibility level. Slide to 0 for the lowest visibility or to 100 for full visibility. You can choose any number in between.
- Content
- Enter your message or instructions here. This will be displayed to users when they open the page. Make sure to enable the related content option for it to appear.
- Enable Buyer Username Form
- If you tick this option, buyers will be required to enter their shopee username before claiming. If you untick it, the form will disappear, and users won’t need to enter a username.
- Save Your Settings
Once done, click the Submit button to save your changes.
